Broiled Salmon with Citrus Soy Sauce
Serves 6
Ingredients:
12-16 Oz Salmon Fillet
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
3-4 Tablespoons of Lime Juice (2-3 Limes)Can also use Lemons
1 sprig of fresh Rosemary chopped small
2 tablespoons of fresh grated ginger root.
1 tablespoon of honey or agave
Preparation:
Preheat oven at 400F
Take a measuring cup and mix all ingredients together like a marinade. Place salmon in an oven safe container and pour marinade over salmon and leave it for about 45 min. Not overnight because limes will cook the salmon.
Place in the oven at 400F for 12 minutes then take the salmon out, preheat broiler then put salmon back in for 5-6 minutes. Salmon should be opaque all the way thru, but soft and buttery, don't over cook it otherwise it will be dry.
Serve with brocolli and rice.
Enjoy and have a delicious day!

To make the best broccoli ever
Boil water with salt and canola oil once it boils add cut broccoli and boil until is bright green for about 5-6 minutes. Strain and add olive oil salt and pepper.
***Adding the oil to the water does not let the broccoli leak as many nutrients when boiled and it helps it retains more flavor.. It also adds a buttery texture to it.
Enjoy and have a delicious day!
