Kale Chips

Kale Chips


This is a great way to eat kale, its crunchy and your whole family will love it.



Ingredients

2 lbs of Kale washed stems removed and torn in pieces
1 tablespoon of agave
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons ofolive oil

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees

Line a 2 sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.  Wash and remove leaves from stems then torn them into pieces.  Dry pat with a towel, make sure they are dry otherwise they will steam in the oven.   Place leave in the 2 sheet pans don't crowd the pans, add olive oil, salt and agave and toss.  Place them in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until they are crispy.

They are great to snack on, as a side fun dish for you kids or as a garnish for a soup.
